The opportunity

Event ticketing can create friction on both sides of a transaction. Attendees face cumbersome purchase flows, limited payment options, and difficulty accessing or managing tickets. Vendors need efficient tools and useful insight into sales and attendance.

PulsePass explores a mobile experience that connects those needs in one place.

My contribution

The published project describes responsibility for user research, foundational user flows, and an accessible interface designed for a broad audience. The work also involved collaboration with developers and stakeholders so the intended experience could translate into implementation.
